Across inpatient and outpatient care

My background spans more than eight years in behavioral health, including acute inpatient psychiatric nursing and outpatient psychiatric advanced practice. That experience shapes how I listen, assess, and collaborate with each person and their care team.

As an RN, my work has included stabilization, medication safety, crisis response, patient and family education, and mentoring nurses. As a PMHNP, my experience includes psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic formulation, psychopharmacology, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy.

Science informs my work. People give it purpose.

I value clear communication, practical education, and care that considers the person behind the diagnosis. Trauma-informed communication and interdisciplinary collaboration are part of that approach.
